CAUSE OF THE GENERATION CURSE

“Therefore watch yourselves very carefully, so that you do not become corrupt and make for yourselves an idol, an image of any shape, whether formed like a man or a woman, or like any animal on earth or any bird that flies in the air, or like any creature that moves along the ground or any fish in the waters below. And when you look up to the sky and see the sun, the moon and the stars--all the heavenly array--do not be enticed into bowing down to them and worshiping things the Lord your God has apportioned to all the nations under heaven. But as for you, the Lord took you and brought you out of the iron-smelting furnace, out of Egypt, to be the people of his inheritance, as you now are.”

Deuteronomy 4:15-20.

We have God’s One and Only Son as our very own Lord and Saviour. He has already proved He is alive and sitting at the right hand of God. He lives forever now to intercede for us and will send the Holy Spirit to cause us to know Him so we can love Him. Why look to the dead when we can go to the living? Jesus said, “I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? He is not the God of the dead but of the living." When the crowds heard this, they were astonished at his teaching.” If you want to enter into the blessings keep the commandments!

And God spoke all these words:

"I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
You shall have no other gods before me. "

"You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.”
Exodus 20:1-6

The way to life is found in keeping God’s commandments. We are all sinners and guilty and need saving. Not knowing we do not know we are guilty we are still guilty under the law.

"If a person sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord's commands, even though he does not know it, he is guilty and will be held responsible. He is to bring to the priest as a guilt offering a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value. In this way the priest will make atonement for him for the wrong he has committed unintentionally, and he will be forgiven. It is a guilt offering; he has been guilty ofwrongdoing against the Lord." Leviticus 5:17-19

We are all prisoners because we all break the law and are held responsible for wrongdoing against the Lord. It is through faith in Christ that we are forgiven and set free from the invisible forces of Satan’s kingdom. A faith expressed through love from the cross to your heart. He even became cursed so that we could be blessed because He will break the power of curses upon our lives. Worship the Lord and Him alone!

“But the Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe.

Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith.”
Galations 3:22-24

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree."He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.
Galations 3:13-14

Break the generation curse off yourself and your children and Jesus will bless you more than you know. You will see frustration diminish, invisible walls removed and finances restored and the blessing of a thousand generations pass down your family line. If you really want to give your children something, give them to Jesus and the greatest thing you will ever do, will have been accomplished. Go and pray the prayer now and watch your life be changed as you are led and allow your children to receive the blessings of God Almighty. If you give yourself to Jesus Christ you will know the truth and the truth will set you free! He loves you and has proved it and is still proving it and all you need is a little faith to believe.
